Gap Personnel Limited is seeking a Stock Analyst to drive data-led improvements in stock accuracy and loss reduction. You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Loss Prevention to analyze movements, investigate discrepancies, and support data-driven decision making.

The role focuses on identifying risks, uncovering opportunities, and delivering actionable insights, with an emphasis on improving stock control and reducing loss across a growing retail operation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in data analysis, stock control, loss prevention, inventory or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills including reporting, data manipulation and pivot tables.
• SQL queries across multiple data sources to identify trends and issues.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Analyse stock movement and loss-related data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and potential loss events.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and performance scorecards.
