Booker is looking for a proactive team member in Enfield to support multiple store duties, from stocking shelves to tills and deliveries. You will help ensure customers receive what they came for quickly and efficiently, while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal and flagging differences to the manager.
• Check quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite with delivery staff and refer complex queries to a supervisor.
