NEXT is hiring a Stock Team Member for our UK stores. You will help ensure products are available online and in-store by locating, packing and transferring stock efficiently, while delivering great customer service on the shop floor. The role supports all store policies and offers flexible working options from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, calm and efficient manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling and packing.
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process stock, locate, pack and transfer stock quickly.
• Meet deadlines to deliver products to customers on time.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and well organised.
• Assist on salesfloor providing fast, friendly service when needed.
• Report to Coordinators or Managers as part of the store team.
