Job summary

NEXT in the United Kingdom is hiring a Stock Team Member to keep online and in-store stock perfectly available. You will locate, pack and transfer stock, ensure accuracy and help customers on the shop floor with fast, friendly service.

This role offers flexible hours, on-site training, and great employee discounts across NEXT and partner brands. You'll work as part of a busy store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers and developing your skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Stock handling and packing experience a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pack and transfer stock quickly and accurately.
• Provide fast, friendly service on the sales floor when needed.
• Keep stockrooms and shop floors clean, tidy and organised.
• Work flexibly across store areas under supervision of Coordinators or Managers.
