Job summary

Next is seeking a Stock Team Member in the United Kingdom to ensure stock is located, packed and presented for online customers. You will support stock transfers, meet delivery deadlines and keep the store areas tidy while delivering fast, friendly service on the shop floor.

The role requires excellent communication, high attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Flexible working hours and a supportive team environment are offered, with full onboarding and development from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly manner under pressure.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with good organisation.
• Willing to develop and learn on the job.
• Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pack and transfer stock quickly to show-ready presentation.
• Process stock accurately and promptly to meet deadlines.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and well organised.
• Provide fast, friendly service on sales floors when required.
• Work with coordinators or managers to support the team.
