Job summary

NEXT is seeking a proactive Stock & Customer Service Associate for our busy Orpington store. You will locate, pack and transfer stock, keep areas tidy and help customers on the sales floor with a friendly, efficient approach.

Working as part of a store team, you’ll report to Coordinators or Managers. Flexible hours and development opportunities are on offer, with benefits including staff discounts and health/wellbeing services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pack and promptly transfer stock in and out of store.
• Process stock quickly to high standards and meet deadlines for customers.
• Keep operational areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Assist on sales floor; provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Work with Coordinators or Managers as part of the store team.
