Job summary

NEXT is recruiting for a Stock Team Member to ensure products are available online and in-store, with strong attention to detail and efficient stocking. You will locate, pack and transfer stock, while maintaining tidy areas and supporting sales floor service.

The role requires a friendly, energetic approach and the ability to work flexibly across shifts. 16 hours per week with various early shifts is available, and Next offers a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• A great communicator who is friendly, calm and efficient.
• Accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced store environment and hit performance targets.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process stock by locating, packing and transferring items.
• Meet deadlines to deliver stock to customers on time.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and well organised.
• Assist on sales floor to provide fast and friendly service.
