Job summary

NEXT in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to support fast-paced store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will process stock efficiently, present products to the sales floor, and assist customers on the shop floor with a positive and energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with customers at all levels.
• Accurate, thorough and well organised with attention to detail.
• Flexible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile for the team and customers.
• Able to work independently and stay busy on your own when required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away.
• Ensuring stock is presented well on sales floors or stored correctly in stockrooms
• Keep operational areas tidy, clean and organised.
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers on the sales floor or from back areas.
• Work as part of the store team reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
