Job summary

Argos is seeking a Stock Assistant to support fast-paced store operations, ensuring stock is correctly placed, deliveries are processed, and customers receive helpful recommendations. You’ll stay organized, tidy the stockroom, and assist on the shop floor as needed.

The role requires a friendly, flexible, and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to learn, use digital tools, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends.
• Comfortable in a physical environment and part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by picking stock quickly and efficiently.
• Keep stock room neat and tidy, put away deliveries and help on the shop floor when needed.
• Build knowledge about products to help provide recommendations.
