Adore Recruitment Ltd, based in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, is hiring a Stock Controller to work on the night shift. You will ensure stock accuracy, manage inventory movements and keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

This permanent night role offers a salary of £28,000–£30,000 per annum, with a Monday-to-Friday pattern and a supportive environment within an established business.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Confident investigating discrepancies and resolving problems.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working permanent night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels.
• Carry out regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all stock movements are correctly recorded on warehouse management systems.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock control processes.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy and health & safety.
