Job summary

Kingdom Services Group in Canterbury is recruiting a reliable, organised Night Shift Stock Team Administrator for our busy fruit production and packing operation in Chartham. The role focuses on stock control and night shift support, maintaining accurate records and coordinating information between teams.

You will work on stock movements, data entry, and admin tasks during the night, with opportunities to develop stock control skills and progress within a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and update computer-based stock systems.
• Record stock movements, deliveries and transfers accurately.
• Support stock control activities and help ensure inventory records are up to date.
• Check and verify stock information against production and operational requirements.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production and stock teams.
• Prepare and maintain administrative records, reports and relevant documentation.
• Ensure all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the night shift team with general administrative duties.
• Follow company procedures relating to health and safety, food safety and stock control.
• Report stock discrepancies, issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.

We are currently recruiting for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Night Shift Stock Team Administrator to join a busy fruit production and packing operation based in Chartham, Canterbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can support the smooth running of stock control and night shift operations.

The successful candidate will help maintain accurate stock records, coordinate information between teams and ensure stock movements and production requirements are recorded correctly throughout the night shift.

What's on Offer?

• Hourly pay of £13.43-£15.16, depending on experience and competency.
• Additional night shift bonus of £1.72 per hour.
• 5 working days followed by 2 days off.
• Starting at 7:00 PM, finishing between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM
• Consistent night shift working hours.
