International Logistics Group (ILG) is a market-leading 3PL providing premium order fulfilment and delivery services for beauty, fashion and wellbeing brands. We are seeking a Stock Controller to join our Warehouse Operations team in the UK, handling stock control duties and supporting our customers with accurate inventory management.

The role involves stock takes, audits and cycle counts, maintaining KPI targets, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and inventory management.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Understanding of warehouse management systems (3ex.net/Snap preferred).
• Ability to react in a complex, growing operation; motivate and manage a small team.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock takes, audits and cycle counts to meet customer service levels.
• Maintain and improve stock accuracy to align with site KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements with a methodical approach.
• Investigate and resolve stock-related problems.
• Ensure activities are cost-effective.
• Collaborate with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders and externals on stock control.
• Attend daily briefings and maintain effective communications with the Operations Team.
