Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Stock Controller at our Manton Wood site to manage stock levels and ensure accurate records for high-risk areas. Duties include counting, ordering stock, and updating the Aurora system with counts daily.

Experience in stock control is desirable but training can be provided. You will work Monday to Friday with a 07:00–15:45 shift, and benefit from a competitive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write in English.
• Good level of Maths for accurate stock counting.
• Computer literacy; use of scanners and warehouse software (Aurora).
• Attention to detail in stock records and variances.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong team collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Check stock levels daily and count across areas.
• Update stock records and paperwork accordingly.
• Input stock counts into the Aurora system.
• Investigate variances and discrepancies with managers.
• Communicate variances via daily emails to relevant teams.
• Support implementation of improved processes and procedures.
