KINAXIA TRANSPORT AND WAREHOUSING LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse Stock Controller to join their Management Team in Northampton. This role requires both independent and collaborative work, focused on maintaining business performance targets and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will manage inventory, track shipments, and oversee product storage, particularly fragile items. Job description

Kinaxia Logistics are looking for a Warehouse Stock Controller to join their warehouse Management Team at their state of the are facility in Dirft. As a stock Controller You will be working alone and also as part of the wider team you will be efficient and committed to the completion of your work striving to maintain business performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Super user in JDA/Red Prairie
• Developing system solutions to ensure a more productive and efficient warehouse
• Maintaining client and SKU details
• Raising Non- Conformances and handling customer complaints
• Responding to non-stock queries
• Track shipments and address any delays
• Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items
• Coordinate regular inventory audits.
• Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams
• Keep updated inventory records.
• Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.

Key Skills:

• Proven work experience as a stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role.
• High level of experience and knowledge of WMS Red Prairie ideally
• Reliability and dependability
• Literacy and numeracy

• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
