Job summary

Provide Community Equipment delivers and installs vital equipment to support daily living. The Stock Controller is responsible for the effective management, control and accuracy of PCE inventory, ensuring stock is received, recorded, stored, issued, transferred and reconciled.

The role provides day-to-day ownership of stock control processes and ensures the Director of PCE has accurate and timely visibility of stock levels, movements, discrepancies and inventory risks.

• Own stock control processes and provide accurate visibility of stock levels, movements, discrepancies and inventory risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing/Procurement, Operations and other departments to ensure stock availability and strong controls.

Provide Community Equipment delivers and installs vital equipment and adaptions to customers, which is essential to support daily living needs and aid their independence. The Stock Controller is responsible for the effective management, control and accuracy of PCE inventory, ensuring that all stock is correctly received, recorded, stored, issued, transferred and reconciled. The role provides day-to-day ownership of stock control processes and ensures the Director of PCE has accurate and timely visibility of stock levels, stock movements, discrepancies and inventory risks. The Stock Controller will work closely with colleagues across PCE, Finance, Purchasing/Procurement, Operations and other relevant departments to ensure stock is available when required while maintaining strong financial and operational controls.
