Job Overview

Our client, a leader in the defence and security sector, is seeking a Stock and Despatch Controller to join their team in Newport. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on innovative products within the security and communications industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Goods Inwards and Receipting of Stock, including visual quality inspection
2. Locating Stock and conducting stock checks
3. Maintaining accurate stock data on internal systems
4. Picking and Packing duties
5. Managing Outbound Shipping and Collections
6. Collaborating with logistics partners
7. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of stock areas
8. Supporting production with equipment maintenance

Job Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
2. Proficiency in Office 365
3. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
