Stock Controller

• Location: London
• Salary: Negotiable pending experience + great benefits package

The Stock Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, efficiency, and proper movement of goods.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits, and maintaining purchase and pricing reports.

• Conduct regular inventory audits
• Perform stock transfers between stores as needed
• Manage supply and demand to prevent understocking or overstocking
• Input purchase details (invoices, vendor info, pricing) into internal databases
• Replenish stock by placing orders when necessary
• Track shipments and keep records up-to-date daily
• Oversee product storage, especially fragile items
• Ensure received goods match packing lists and are in good condition; follow up on discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams and warehouse managers to facilitate sales operations
