Countrywide Healthcare in Barnsley is hiring a Stock Controller to support warehouse and distribution activities. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are available for customer orders, working with Operations, Sales and Warehousing teams.

The role requires Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences, experience in stock control or warehousing, strong attention to detail and a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.

Stock Controller

Countrywide Healthcare, Barnsley

40 hrs per week permanent

£26,538

As a Stock Controller, you will play an important role in ensuring stock accuracy and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution activities. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Sales, and Warehousing, you will help maintain inventory integrity and ensure products are available for customer orders.

The Stock Controller role at Countrywide will involve:

• Repositioning stock to optimise warehouse space and improve operational efficiency
• Replenishing stock to pick faces using the Warehouse Management System
• Supporting picking, packing, and distribution activities as required
• Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance equipment
• Maintaining accurate stock records and location data
• Maintaining high standards of warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness

The ideal candidate for a Stock Controller at Countrywide will have:

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence and Active Reach Truck Licence
• Previous experience in stock control or warehouse operations
