Job summary

ILG (International Logistics Group Ltd) is seeking a Stock Control Supervisor to lead the stock control team, manage stock takes and cycle counts, and drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency across the warehouse operations.

You will coordinate with Ops, CS and IT to ensure KPI targets are met and participate in continuous process improvements while supporting colleagues across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of stock control and inventory counts.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Methodical with ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the stock control team and daily tasks.
• Lead stock takes and cycle counts with internal teams.
• Improve processes for stock accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate issues to line manager and drive improvements.
