Pets at Home Limited is hiring a Stock Control Support at our Fulfilment Centre in Stafford. You will assist in stock control activities from receiving goods, store returns, to storage and dispatch, ensuring accurate stock levels in a 24/7 multi-site operation.

The role requires experience in pick/pack/dispatch, proficiency with IT tools including Excel, and attention to detail to maintain stock accuracy and timely order processing. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control, pick/pack/dispatch in a 24/7 multi-site operation.
• Proficient IT tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport to deliver goods and maintain stock control records.
• Receive and process store returns/recalls; monitor damages.
• Handle Brexit store orders and documentation; manage stock levels using JDA.
• Maintain warehouse stock file and conduct perpetual inventory counts.
• Close inbound POs within 48 hours and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct weekly empty location checks; monitor internal stock adjustments.
