Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting for Stock Control Operatives at our new Desford site in the UK. The role focuses on accurate stock checks, counts and on-site investigations using scan guns and the Warehouse Management System.

You’ll help maintain inventory integrity and support stock readiness for operations. We value attention to detail, strong IT and Excel skills, and a proactive approach to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and WMS experience.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical stock checks, counts and on-site investigations to support inventory control across warehouse locations using scan guns and WMS.
• Ensure movements and checks comply with safety procedures, maintaining stock integrity across the contract.
• Support Stock Management Operative in maintaining accurate stock levels and readiness of inventory.
