Job summary

Hedyn is seeking two Stock Condition Surveyors to join the Property & Place Directorate in South Wales. You will conduct property condition surveys, validate asset data, support investment planning, and help ensure WHQS and statutory compliance across housing stock.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance are essential, and this is an internal vacancy. Successful candidates will collaborate across Hedyn to deliver asset management strategies, maintain data

• Background in building surveying, asset management, or property maintenance.
• Two Stock Condition Surveyor opportunities available.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake property condition surveys / dilapidation in accordance with the survey methodology for residential and commercial property and related assets.
• Assist in updating survey methodology to reflect best practice.
• Manage property registers relating to asbestos, fire, and safety inspection schedules.
• Translate property data into investment proposals for asset management decisions.
