Job summary

A leading consultancy is looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor for a temporary project in Chelmsford. You'll conduct internal and external stock condition surveys, ensuring accurate data recording and identifying repairs. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in conducting surveys and proficiency in using asset management software. This is an outside IR35 position, offering a daily rate plus mileage expenses for a 6-month project.

Job description

Are you an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor looking for your next project? Boden are working in partnership with a consultancy who are seeking a skilled surveyor to join their team on a temporary basis to support their ongoing stock condition programme in Chelmsford across a commercial estate.

As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you'll be responsible for carrying out detailed condition surveys across the estate.

The role is outside IR35 paid on a rate of £(Apply online only) a day (Plus mileage expenses covered).

6 month project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external stock condition surveys on the Estate
• Record and update condition data accurately using handheld software
• Identify required repairs and any defect issues
