A client within the Public Sector based in County is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their Planning and Asset Management team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing and property management environment.

Key purpose of the role is to lead on and coordinate stock condition surveys and ensure accurate data collection and analysis to support effective asset planning and stock management.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £30 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £24 per hour PAYE).
