Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Stock Condition Coordinator to provide administrative, customer contact and coordination support to deliver stock-condition repairs and remedial works. You will log and schedule inspections and repairs, track progress, maintain records, and liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure service standards are met.

The role requires strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), excellent organisation and communication, and a commitment to flexible working and continuous

  • Experience of customer contact and scheduling within a repairs or housing environment.
  • Experience of logging, tracking and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers in relation to stock condition inspections and associated repairs.
  • Provide clear, timely and professional communication, managing expectations throughout the process.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, concerns and access issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Logging, Scheduling and Tracking Repairs
  • Accurately log stock-condition-related repairs and follow-on works in line with agreed procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for surveys, inspections and repairs.
  • Track repairs from identification through to completion, escalating delays, risks or quality concerns.
  • Records, Systems and Data Management
  • Maintain repairs logs, stock condition outcomes, post-inspection records and contractor updates.
  • Ensure systems are kept up to date to support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Identify trends or recurring issues to support service improvement.
  • Liaison with Contractors and Internal Teams
  • Liaise with contractors to support scheduling and completion of works.
  • Work collaboratively with Repairs, Asset, Compliance and Finance teams.
  • Escalate issues requiring management intervention.
  • Continuous Improvement and Team Contribution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer contact and Stock Condition processes.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
  • Undertake other duties commensurate with the role to support the wider team.

Job description

The difference you will make as a Stock Condition Coordinator Provide comprehensive administrative, customer contact and coordination support to enable the effective delivery of stock-condition-related repairs and remedial works.

The role exists to ensure appointments and repairs are accurately logged, scheduled, tracked and completed in line with service standards, while maintaining clear communication with customers, contractors and internal teams.

Accurate records and data will support asset intelligence, compliance and informed investment decisions.

We are looking for someone with
  • Experience of customer contact and scheduling within a repairs or housing environment.
  • Experience of logging, tracking and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
