Job summary

Aldi is hiring a Store Associate to join a fast-paced team in the United Kingdom. You will help customers, stock shelves, check deliveries, and maintain a welcoming store environment. Flexibility with shifts is required as the role supports early and late hours.

Shifts start as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm, with a flexible contract between 10-20 hours per week. Full training is provided, and staff benefit from 28 days of annual leave including bank holidays, plus access to wellbeing

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable, ready to support customers and team.
• Able to replenish stock quickly to ensure best availability.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential.
