Job summary

Aldi is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant in Carmarthen. No two days are the same; you’ll be at the heart of the store, helping customers, stocking shelves, and ensuring deliveries and stock quality are up to Aldi standards.

Shifts run from early morning to late evening. A flexible 10–20 hour contract, 28 days leave, training and wellbeing support, and 26 weeks full pay maternity leave after one year.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure the best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
