Job summary

Aldi is hiring at a UK store where you’ll be at the heart of the team, assisting customers and keeping shelves stocked. The role is part-time with shifts that can start early and end late, and you’ll help ensure a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

Expect a friendly, fast-paced environment with training and development, plus a flexible 10–20 hour per week contract, 28 days leave including holidays, and access to wellness and support resources.

• Friendly, approachable, and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure the best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
