Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Coordinate with Ecom, retail, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of all orders, following procedures and brand guidelines.
• Manage order allocation and create shipment documentation for retail, Ecom, and wholesale channels.
• Act as the first point of contact for marketplace orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch and platform updates.
• Work with the private shopping team to coordinate stock for trunk shows and events.
• Ensure accurate order tracking in Shopify through automated and manual processes.

• Maintain stock accuracy in-store, following proper procedures for stock movements.
• Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with the Logistics Manager.
• Ensure stock levels reflect sales plans across stores and distribution centers.
• Manage deliveries, stock transfers, and stock takes, reporting discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee stock ticketing, packaging checks, and replenishment requests.

Logistics

• Liaise with courier companies to prevent delays and service issues.
• Handle export and entry paperwork for shipments.
• Update shipping platforms like ShipStation with accurate data.
• Support returns process, including paperwork and customs updates in Shopify.
