Job summary

Pro-Force Limited in Chartham, England is seeking a stock controller to ensure accurate stock counts and correct product dispatch. You will prepare shift documentation, update team communications, and create stock sheets as data transfers are processed.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Accommodation can be provided if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation at the beginning of each shift - such as Store Plans, Store Reports, Red Pallets Counting.
• Check e-mails and update team regarding any temporary/permanent changes and regarding any error.
• Create the stock sheets once the data transfers have been done.
• Enter data to files.
• Check stores when error is spotted.
• Ensuring orders are completed and the correct dates are being used, and minus sheet created if orders are not completed.
• Identify packed product that needs to be used (minimum date) and highlighting it on the stock sheet.
• Updating stock sheets daily as per 3rd party’s requests.

Job description

Main Purpose:

Responsible to ensure all stock is counted and booked correctly onto the stock sheet, that the right product is being sent and the correct dates are being used. All paperwork to be fully produced (stock sheet / order / daily date sheet / minus sheet) help with the scanning of top fruit, soft and stone if required.

Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

• Creating the stock sheets once the data transfers have been done.
• Entering data to files.

We Offer:

• 5 Shifts per week
• Shifts 19:00 - 06:00
• Pay Rate From: £15.15 - £16.88 DOE
• Must have proof of Right to Work
