Job summary

STILL Materials Handling Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Bradford-area team. You will diagnose and rectify faults on STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites, and undertake preventative maintenance to ensure reliability.

We welcome vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers with forklift/plant experience. A full UK driving licence is required, and you should be IT literate to maintain accurate records. Training opportunities are available.

• Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering or hydraulics.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred, not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IT literate and able to use latest tech to keep records and place orders.

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Bradford area.

We are looking for vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers who have experience working as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, vehicle technician or a similar type of role. Experience within plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles or industrial cleaners may make this role perfect for you!

Working with everything from small pallet trucks, through to IC trucks, VNA trucks and automated trucks, you will be required to find, diagnose, and rectify faults, and undertake preventative maintenance on STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment at our customer sites

Tasks and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Mechanical engineering
• Electrical engineering
• Hydraulics

Ideally you will have an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential.

You will need to be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders.

You must hold a full UK driving licence.
