Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Stewardship Product Manager (Associate or VP) to lead the governance and proxy voting features within our proxy voting platform. You will collaborate with technologists, data scientists, and stewardship experts to advance the product vision and deliver impactful investor solutions.

You will own the product backlog, drive stakeholder alignment, and explore AI-enabled analytics to improve engagement and voting capabilities across asset classes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of work experience in financial services.
• Prior product management experience with Agile principles and Jira.
• Knowledge of Stewardship and Proxy Voting and ESG data providers (MSCI, Bloomberg, S&P Global).
• Hands-on analytics experience using Python/SQL/R to prototype solutions.
• Knowledge of financial products and asset classes.
• Strong problem solving and complex decision-making abilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align them to a product vision and roadmap.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business users, operations, technologists and data vendors.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Nice to have experience with AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Stewardship product vision, gather user needs, translate into stories, oversee implementation and post-release adoption.
• Facilitate regular product cabinets and agile ceremonies.
• Develop prototype analytics solutions with code (Python/SQL/R) in collaboration with technologists.
• Maintain a clear backlog and roadmap for transparency of work.
• Track KPIs related to product adoption and business impact.
• Partner with CDO and external ESG data vendors to accelerate solution development.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to review progress and gather feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify AI opportunities in asset management.
