The candidate will collaborate with investment professionals, contribute to issuer research, and help scale stewardship processes with data-enabled tools to improve governance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Analytical ability to evaluate governance, disclosures, proxy materials, sustainability reporting, and market context.
• Interest in corporate governance, stewardship, sustainability, and long-term investing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and improve workflows with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement priorities with company management and boards; inform proxy voting decisions.
• Analyze proxy items and provide voting recommendations aligned with guidelines.
• Maintain engagement records and steward data for reporting and transparency.
• Support data analytics, AI-enabled research tools, and stewardship reporting across teams.
