Job summary

Circle Health Group Decontamination in Stockport is seeking a Supervisor to join the team. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern to cover days and nights, supporting a 24/7 operation delivering sterile equipment and instrumentation to hospitals.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, coordinate production, lead staff across sterile services and Endoscopy, ensure processes comply with policies and quality systems, and maintain strong communication with

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sterile services unit and Endoscopy decontamination.
• Knowledge of track and trace systems (electronic or manual).
• Experience undertaking internal audits.
• Evidence of leadership and managerial skills.
• Training in decontamination (IDSc or NVQ3).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day delivery of a first-class decontamination service to hospitals and Endoscopy units.
• Coordinate production activity and allocate work across the shift to meet turnaround times and priorities.
• Provide effective leadership and supervision to colleagues across sterile services and Endoscopy.
• Ensure decontamination processes follow policies, procedures and the quality management system.
• Identify and respond to issues involving equipment, instrumentation, endoscopes or production processes.
• Maintain effective communication with customer hospitals and internal teams.
