Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting qualified STEM Teachers to support secondary schools across the Midlands. We are looking for passionate teachers who specialise in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science, and Computer Science.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs, offering flexible supply work, long‑term placements, or permanent roles. Ideal candidates hold QTS, have recent UK secondary teaching experience, and demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has recent UK secondary teaching experience.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one).
• Has the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science, and Computer Science to UK secondary pupils.
• Support schools across the Midlands with flexible supply, long‑term placements or permanent roles.
• Collaborate with school staff to plan and assess learning outcomes.
• Adhere to safeguarding and compliance requirements.
