Job summary

RIBBONS AND REEVES in Cambridge is seeking a First-Class STEM Graduate to support students in STEM across key subjects. You will work in a high-achieving secondary school, delivering 1:1 sessions and small group interventions to boost understanding and raise attainment.

This paid, term-time role offers a long-term contract through July 2026, with weekly PAYE pay of £444-£513 and opportunities to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS. You will join a collaborative team of outstanding educators.

Qualifications

• STEM-focused degree with top-tier mark
• Experience supporting students' STEM learning is desirable
• Ability to guide students through revision techniques and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions and small-group support to boost STEM understanding
• Provide engaging and well-structured lessons for students
• Mentor students to improve exam performance
• Assist in developing revision strategies for exams
• Collaborate with senior STEM teachers and practitioners
