Job summary

One Way is seeking experienced Steel Fixers for a major infrastructure project in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire. You will read and interpret reinforcement drawings, cut, bend and fix steel reinforcement, and assemble reinforcement cages ahead of concrete pours on a large civil engineering site.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card and a Safety Critical Medical. Willingness to comply with site drug and alcohol testing and all safety procedures is essential for long-term work

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
• Experience on large infrastructure or civil projects.
• Safety Critical Medical certificate and ability to pass site drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret reinforcement drawings to plan work.
