Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Steel Fixer to join the team on a large Port Talbot project. The role requires reading blueprints, cutting, bending and fixing steel rebar to exact specifications, while maintaining high quality and safety standards on site.

The candidate should have proven steel fixing experience, NVQ Level 2, and a valid CSCS card. You will be part of a collaborative construction crew committed to safe, efficient output.

Job description

BMSL Group are recruiting experienced Steel Fixers to join our clients team for a large project in Port Talbot.

Contract Rate: £25.00 p/hr UMBRELLA PAYE PAYMENT

NOTE: No Lodge payments

Key Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine the exact specifications for the job.
• Cutting, bending, and fixing steel rebar according to the required specifications.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer.
• NVQ Level 2
• Must have a valid CSCS Card.
• Relevant experience in steel fixing on construction sites.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• A commitment to following health and safety protocols.
