Job summary

BMSL Group in Swansea is recruiting experienced Steel Fixers for a large project. The role is on-site with a 50-hour workweek at contract rate 27.00 per hour (umbrella/payroll options).

You will read blueprints, cut and fix steel rebar, and work to safety standards on site. NVQ Level 2 and CSCS Card are required, with a proven track record on construction sites and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer.
• NVQ Level 2.
• Must have a valid CSCS Card.
• Relevant experience on construction sites.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

BMSL Group are recruiting experienced Steel Fixers to join our clients team for a large project in Swansea.

Contract Rate: 27.00 p/hr UMBRELLA PAYE PAYMENT

NOTE: No Lodge payments

50 hours Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine the exact specifications for the job.
• Cutting, bending, and fixing steel rebar according to the required specifications.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer.
• NVQ Level 2
• Must have a valid CSCS Card.
• Relevant experience in steel fixing on construction sites.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
