Job summary

Romax Site Services Ltd. is seeking a Steel Erector for a project in Hampstead, North West London. The role involves erecting, positioning, aligning and bolting structural steelwork on-site, working at height with cranes and MEWPs, and reading engineering drawings.

Pay is £25.00 per hour with 8.5 hours paid per day. CIS/self-employed options are available; weekly payments and ongoing work for the right candidate are offered, along with site safety RAMS compliance and PPE responsibilities.

Qualifications

• CSCS Steel Erector Card required.
• IPAF qualification required (essential).
• CPCS Slinger/Signaller or Slinger Banksman ticket desirable.
• Proven experience erecting structural steel on commercial/industrial sites.
• Own PPE and right to work in the UK.
• Valid UTR and registered for CIS.

Responsibilities

Requirements for Steel Erector:

• Valid CSCS Steel Erectors card
• IPAF (essential)
• CPCS Slinger/Signaller or Slinger Banksman ticket (desirable)
• Proven experience erecting structural steel on commercial/industrial sites
• Own PPE
• Valid UTR and registered for CIS
• Right to work in the UK
