Job summary

Muehlhan Group is seeking a qualified Statutory Inspector to join our inspection team. You will carry out statutory inspections of plant, equipment and systems to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Based in the industrial, offshore or energy environments, you will verify conditions, liaise with clients and maintain thorough documentation while upholding HSE procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualified Statutory Inspector with sector experience.
• Experience inspecting lifting equipment, pressure systems and industrial plant.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out statutory inspections of lifting equipment, pressure systems and industrial plant.
• Perform thorough examinations, testing and certification of equipment.
• Identify defects, non-conformities and safety risks and report findings.
• Issue inspection reports, certificates and technical documentation.
• Assess equipment condition and recommend repairs or corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, engineers and maintenance teams on inspection results.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and certifications.
• Ensure work is performed in line with HSE procedures and safety regulations.
