Job summary

University of Warwick invites applications for a fixed-term Tutor in the Department of Statistics, Coventry campus. You will lead problem classes, tutorials and computer practicals, grade undergraduate assignments, and possibly provide personal tutoring and outreach.

The role offers up to 0.8 FTE with flexible working patterns and start dates from Sep 1, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027. Successful candidates will hold a good honours degree in a relevant subject with a solid grasp of Statistics/Mathematics

Qualifications

• A good honour’s degree in a relevant subject, with strong statistics/mathematics fundamentals.
• Ability to teach using relevant software and programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver problem classes, tutorials and computer practicals for undergraduates.
