Job Description:

Position: Station Systems Technician (Level 4) - United Kingdom (On-site)

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions that support the nation's critical infrastructure. You will work closely with technical experts in a high-performing environment, performing complex and essential maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting senior technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems)
  • Carrying out planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance
  • Maintaining SISS assets and station communication systems
  • Using field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
  • Coordinating with Telent Service Centre for task updates and fault resolutions

Ideal candidate:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key requirements:

  • CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
  • Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness
  • Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Availability to work 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between 6am-6pm and 12pm-12am
