Job Description:

Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) - United Kingdom (On-site)

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions that impact national critical infrastructure. Work with technical experts on complex, critical tasks, and help maintain vital systems.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).

The role involves a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift pattern, alternating between Earlies (6am-6pm) and Lates (12pm-12am).

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Performing planned and remedial maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and reporting station communication faults
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinating with Telent Service Centre for task updates

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Familiarity with O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating Earlies and Lates
