Job Description:

Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent, where you'll be empowered to innovate and collaborate with technical experts dedicated to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex and critical infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful candidate will carry out planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).

The role involves working 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies (6am-6pm) and Lates (12pm-12am).

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Performing planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and reporting station communication faults
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Liaising with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completions

Ideal candidates are:

Hands-on, multi-taskers, eager to learn, with experience or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Knowledge of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for 4 on 4 off shifts, alternating Earlies and Lates
