Job Description:

Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) United Kingdom (On-site)

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts who value the impact of their work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex and critical infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).

Work schedule: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies 6am-6pm and Lates 12pm-12am.

Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attend planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completions

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning, ideally with experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
