Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and drive solutions, working closely with technical experts who are proud of their impact. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex, critical work to build and maintain the nation's critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).

The role involves working 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies 6am-6pm and Lates 12pm-12am.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and reporting station communication faults
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Liaising with Telent Service Centre for tasking and fault updates

Ideal candidates are hands-on, multi-taskers who enjoy learning, with experience or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating Earlies and Lates
