Join a dynamic team as a Station Resource Planner in Preston. In this 12-month opportunity, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient staff resourcing and effective communication, playing a key role in the smooth operation of train services. We have a great opportunity to join our Resources team based in Preston as a Station Resource Planner for 12 months.

The Resources team plays a key role in the safe and efficient operation of our services. As a crucial member, you will ensure our trains run smoothly and on time by efficiently resourcing station staff, producing base and weekly rosters in line with company standards, and maintaining effective communication with frontline teams and leadership.
