Job summary

Synergy Security Solutions is seeking a Security Officer to join our Watford team, covering Slough & Enfield Data Centres. The role includes protecting life and property, monitoring CCTV, access control and incident response, with day and night shifts on weekdays and weekends.

The ideal candidate holds an SIA licence, has at least 6 months of industry experience, a valid driving license, and strong English communication skills (minimum B2).

Qualifications

Basic Guarding Skills.
SIA Licence.
Minimum 6 months industry experience.
Full driving license and vehicle.
English communication (Oral & Written) - Minimum B2.
Valid work permit / visa (If applicable).
Basic IT Skills.

Responsibilities
