Ward Security is seeking a professional Security Officer to deliver first-class security at a prominent London site (WC2H 8AG). You will ensure a welcoming, professional environment for staff and visitors while maintaining a strong security presence.

The role requires an SIA license, a proven track record as a Security Officer, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a £16.47 per hour pay rate with 4 on 4 off days and nights shifts in central London.

As part of the security team, you'll play a key role in protecting this prestigious environment while creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who visits and works here.

Role: Security Officer

Pay Rate: £16.47 p/h

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days and nights

Location: London, WC2H 8AG - Nearest Tube: Tottenham Court Road

Must have:

Main Duties:

• Act as a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors.
• Ensure all visitors and other callers to the company are given sufficient information by giving clear, concise information in person and over the phone or email.
• Report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Respond to emergencies
• Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required
• Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management
• Carry out ID checks
• Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks
• Work on own initiative
• Ensures that the reception area, foyer, staff area, and board room are kept clean by supervising cleaning staff members.
